By using pennysgrooming.com or requesting services from Pennys Grooming, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Pennys Grooming provides pet grooming services and sells pet products at 180 Cuneo Rd, Kersey, PA 15846. All grooming is performed by Sheila Lynn Clark or authorized staff. Online appointment requests are confirmations of intent — an appointment is final only once we confirm it with you by phone.

You certify that your pet is in good health and up to date on rabies vaccination as required by Pennsylvania law. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, aggressive tendencies, or past grooming difficulties before your appointment.

We reserve the right to decline service if we believe grooming would endanger your pet, our staff, or other animals. Severely matted pets may require a shorter cut than requested, and we will always discuss this with you first.

Prices listed on this website are estimates based on pets up to 30 lbs; final pricing depends on your pet's size, coat condition, and behavior. We quote any price change before beginning the groom. Payment is due at pickup. We accept cash and major cards.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pennys Grooming's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
